Cancellation policy

Each Seasons Tied subscription is a 12-month commitment that brings a fresh design to your door every season: spring, summer, fall, and holiday.

Payment. You may pay for your year in full at checkout or in four quarterly payments. Your payment details are stored securely. If you pay quarterly, all four payments are due no matter when you cancel.

Pausing and skipping. Deliveries and installs follow the seasonal schedule. Payments can't be paused or skipped during your subscription year.

Seasonal design selection. Before each season, we'll email you at least two curated design options. If we don't receive your selection by the date in that email, our design team will choose one for you, so your door stays on schedule.

Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of your 12 months, so your door is ready for the next season without a break.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription year. We don't offer refunds or partial refunds, and any remaining quarterly payments are still due.
